What LotProof processes
The extension reads the vehicle-detail page you choose to scan, including vehicle facts and image URLs, and prepares a draft for your review. It reads the Facebook Marketplace vehicle form only to place approved information into that form.
What LotProof stores
The extension stores your activation status, installation identifier, preferences, and prepared vehicle packet in Chrome’s local extension storage. The LotProof service stores account, subscription, seat, installation, and billing-event records needed to operate your subscription. Payment-card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by LotProof.
How information is used
Information is used to provide vehicle scanning, evidence review, photo filtering, Marketplace autofill, licensing, billing, security, troubleshooting, and customer support. LotProof does not sell personal information or vehicle-page data.
Sharing and retention
Information is shared only with service providers needed to operate LotProof, such as Stripe for billing and hosting providers for the application. Records are retained while an account is active and as reasonably required for security, legal, tax, and operational purposes.
Your choices
You can remove locally stored extension data by removing the extension. You may request access, correction, or deletion of account information by emailing tadan@shiftupconsulting.com.
